Problem

Wasted chose our agency to counter the slowing growth after the boom following the COVID 19 pandemic. We helped them getting growth back on track and to internationalize online to 14 countries with a focus on Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland and Belgium.

Approach

We focused on smart campaign tactics and previous winners

  • We used knowledge of their main market to adjust our strategies in foreign markets.
  • We adapted and optimized campaign tactics in close collaboration with their marketing team to increase their performance.
  • We used 'zero funnel ' campaigns to identify the most promising prospects.

Results

Since we launched our partnership, we were able to reverse the negative trend in online sales (-8%) into positive growth (+13%) while activating new international markets within the first year. We continue to achieve good results (this quarter's growth is 30%).
